Symptom: When filtering users based upon their User names via Active Directory Integration with the Trend Micro CSC module, if the User ID information is not available, a blank user name is logged. This is a request to have the module log the client IP address if the User ID information is not available. Conditions: This occurs on CSC Software version 6.3.1172.0 since it has the Active Directory functionality.
