Description (partial)

Symptom:
"CWM is going out of sync because of AXSM card present at slot 11 .as per the logs IPC message allocation   is failing"
CWM becomes out of sync with MGX.  From the CWM check for the following:  
1.  Mode.  In this case, MGX is in mode4 with CWM.  
2.  Check for out of sync states from CWM.  In the example slot 11 is out of sync.

3.  Check log (dsplog) of MGX for error messages when creating a file.  For example:
