All calls attempted from a 3911 / 3951 SIP Phone will get fast busy.
No inbound calls will be delivered to the phone.
Unified CM shows the phone as Unregistered, although from the phone display it appears as though it is up and registered.


Using a 3911 or 3951 SIP phone with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
