Description (partial)

Symptom:
-"Number of ip address allocated " is not matching the in the active and stanby GGSN. 


On the active GGSN , the number is OK

    active PDP:                      1927
    number of ip address allocated   1927
    number of ipv6 address allocated 0



And on the redundant can we see that we have 4294914808 addresses allocated:

    number of ipv6 address allocated 0
