Description (partial)

Symptom:
The N1K has 16 VEMs connected, each ESX/VEM two pNIC and host a few virtual machines. Each virtual machine has two vNIC, both connected to the N1K.

When a few virtual machines are power on or off together from the vCenter, most of the time, there will be one or more VEM disconnect from the VSM randomly. The VEM disconnect because of heartbeats lost:

Powering on/off more than 10 virtual machines at one go.
