Cisco Bug: CSCtb49672 - CAD cannot be closed if Login/Logout buttons are set to invisible

Symptom: When changing the login/logout button to invisible, the close "X" button doesn't work. It logs out the agent but CAD application is still opened. Conditions: CAD 126.96.36.199 CRS 7.0(1)SR3 Steps taken to recreate: ======================= 1- Cisco --desktop--admin, change the logout/login button to invisible. 2- login to the CAD. 3- press the Close button "X" to close the window, the CAD logs out but the CAD window does close. 4- the only way to close the window is by going to TASK MANAGER and ending the CAD process from there. Make the login/logout button visible then the CAD window closes fine from the Close "X". - this is working as presented above on 188.8.131.52 - this is reproducible on 184.108.40.206 (CCX 7.0(1)SR01_Build196) as well with the same behavior when one makes login/logout invisible, and if one clicks on X button agent is logged out but CAD is still open.
