Symptom:
With QoS policy attach to system uplink port-profile, the following error
2009 Aug 19 16:33:48.687 n1kv-eng %IPQOSMGR-3-QOSMGR_CONFIG_ERROR: Configuration error: Failed to set service policy on interface Ethernet11/3 from port profile, error: CLI Command is already present(0x415e0018) .
