Description (partial)

Symptom:
Saw pim6 traceback message afer reload MC2+1, although no pimv6 configured. 
But no traffic loss found. no route loss found.

 Conditions:
  ---- mcast pie installed but no pimv6 configured.  
  ---- configured very large scaled ospf database, very large pim routes, 
very large mvpn routes etc.
