Symptom: Email addresses should be treated as case insensitive but are not. This causes some inconsistencies when scheduling a meeting in the Portal. Conditions: If a scheduler's id is "email@example.com" but the email ID is entered as "X@y.z" then it is treated as a coordinator ID when in fact it should not be allowed.
