Symptom:

The ssh plugin cpu usage is high
Conditions:
The customer is experiencing an issue with the SSH client-server plugin for SSL VPN driving the processor on end-user machines, covering multiple OSs, to 99%, wreaking havoc on windows machines.

This only happens when SSHv2 is in used (the default)
