Description (partial)

When a meeting attendee joins a reservationless meeting that was scheduled on the web, no meeting password is requested even though one was defined at the time the meeting was scheduled.

This problem occurrs on MeetingPlace systems with Type I Webex integration. It does not occur on audio/video only MeetingPlace systems (i.e those that have no web meeting component). The problem occurs when:

- a profiled user schedules a meeting using MeetingPlace web scheduling, and does not provide a meeting ID
- a different profiled user joins the meeting before the meeting scheduler has joined,
- the meeting scheduler subsequently joins the meeting

When the first user joins the meeting, that user is placed in the waiting room, with no password requested. When the meeting scheduler joins the meeting, the user in the waiting room is placed in the meeting without a password being requested.
