Symptom:
Reporting Server staying in partial service after a purge request.  The purge is not able to proceed.  Seeing errors such as:

2032: 10.1.255.16: Jul 31 2009 13:56:51.402 -0600:
%CVP_4_0_MessagingLayer-3-MESSAGING_LAYER: onError encountered on plugin: SYS_RPT2 while trying to process message on subsystem side plugin queue, error is:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space [id:1]
Conditions:

Appears to be related to purging schedule.  This error can occur when the system is under extremely heavy load when the scheduled purge is about to start.
