Symptom: After Import process recovers or restarts when a scheduled import is in progress, it doesn't retry the failed import. Conditions: This problem happens for the scheduled import. when a scheduled import is in progress, one of the following happens: 1) Import process has crashed. 1) Import process is manully restarted. 2) Network connectivity is lost.
