Cisco Bug: CSCtb44434 - CTS incorrectly reports TelePresence call as Audio-add in
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco TelePresence System 3000 Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: In CTS when there is a an active Video call, and a new incoming call arrives in Sysop logs is considered as an Audio add-in. Conditions: When there is an active call in CTS, and we recieve a new call from another Telepresence Endpoint, call starts as Audio only, and Audio add-in statistics are updated. An audio add-in is an audio only participant who is conferenced into the meeting using the Conference/Join softkey. CTS wrongly considers that call as an Audio add-in.
