Cisco Bug: CSCtb42391 - NAT SIP ALG is not working when two calls are using same port.

Last Modified

  • Cisco 3800 Series Integrated Services Routers

Known Affected Releases

12.4(24)T1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Third party operator console application on Mitel PBX assigns audio port 900 to all calls. 3825 NAT/PAT router translate first call fine with 2 way audio but subsequent calls have a problem where the SIP level info is NATted correctly, but the SDP within the SIP INVITE message seems to be getting only the IP address NATted, the port is remaining at 9000 for subsequent calls meaning now we're not
able to have a 2nd call because of the port conflict.

Conditions:
SIP calls are using same audio port 9000
