Description (partial)

MACs in click table not deleted even though CAM & CAS show otherwise

Steps to reproduce
(1) CAM gui: Add 63k CAS specific MACs
(2) CAM gui: Verify 63k MACs in CAS & CAM
(3) CAM gui: Goto CAS & click Delete List button
(4) CAM gui: Verify no MACs in mac_validation_table
(5) CAM gui:  Click CAS Reboot
(i) No MACs in CAS & CAM
(ii) All 63k MACs still intact in click mac_validation
