Description (partial)

fib_mgr process core dump.

When the protected interface flaps, the interface is up immediately after FRR is triggered.
If a new FRR NH object is created when the interface is up, there is no crash (common case). If the old FRR NH objet is reused when the interface is up(rare case), fib_mgr would crash.

This problem is not bundle-ether specific.
