Description (partial)

Symptom:
During a restart or suspend of a vdc, traffic disruption can occur, ports on neighboring switches may go into err-disable state.

Conditions:
With vPC or UDLD set to aggressive, traffic disruption will occur

Workaround(s):
Ports should be shut before the suspend or reload of a vdc takes place
