Symptom:
IME may crash on startup.

Also, the IME Report table does not properly update when one attempts to generate a list of more than 10 top items.
The Chart will update to 10, the table below the chart will show whatever was last displayed.

Conditions:
Affects IME v 6.1.1 - 7.0.3
Using Top Attacker or Top Victim dashboard with Top value greater than 10
will cause the crash on next startup if more than 10 unique events are
available for display in the gadget (e.g. more than 10 unique victim IP 
addresses when the Top Victim gadget is configured to display 20 or
30 Top values).
Using IME Reports with a Top # greater than 10 will affect the report output.
