Symptom: No buffer is counted the same number as Total output drops is counted in show interface as the following log when CBWFQ is working on the interface. Router#show interfaces gi0/1 GigabitEthernet0/1 is up, line protocol is up --- Input queue: 0/75/0/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 318521 <--- Queueing strategy: Class-based queueing Output queue: 0/1000/64/318521 (size/max total/threshold/drops) <--- --- 30 second input rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec 30 second output rate 7768000 bits/sec, 4537 packets/sec 51 packets input, 4942 bytes, 318521 no buffer <--- Conditions: The symptom is observed with 12.4(25).
