Description (partial)

Symptoms: While testing the Large-Scale Dial-Out (LSDO) feature, the expected
number of links is not seen in the bundle after starting calls in both
directions for a single client. The traffic is sent for around 10 minutes.
Dialer map is formed for the required address.

Conditions: This issue is seen in a router that is loaded with Cisco IOS
interim Release 12.4(24.6)PI11r.
