Description (partial)

Service Monitor might stop processing data when:
- Sensors are in a NAT/VPN environment. 
- You complete an upgrade from Operations Manager 2.1 to 2.2 (when Service Monitor runs on the same server.)
- Sensors and clusters are both added to Service Monitor. 
You will not see any data in the CVTQ reports after the problem occurs. 


CDR data might not be available after an upgrade. You can receive the data temporarily by restarting Service Monitor services. The issue might reappear after few hours.
