Symptom: Service Monitor might stop processing data when: - Sensors are in a NAT/VPN environment. - You complete an upgrade from Operations Manager 2.1 to 2.2 (when Service Monitor runs on the same server.) - Sensors and clusters are both added to Service Monitor. You will not see any data in the CVTQ reports after the problem occurs. Conditions: CDR data might not be available after an upgrade. You can receive the data temporarily by restarting Service Monitor services. The issue might reappear after few hours.
