Description (partial)

Symptom:

If billing is enabled with a valid cache path as part of the SBC configuration, and records are being written to a removable device, such as a usb drive, if the device is removed from the router an unexpected system reload can occur.

Conditions:

This issue occurs if billing records are being written to a removable device and while operations are active the device is removed from the router.  Upon replacing the device and attempting to deactivate billing an unexpected system reload occurs.
