Symptom: Unified Communications Manager keeps a transcoder allocated for the life of the call whether the call still requires the transcoder or not. Conditions: Unified Communications Manager receives a call that requires a transcoder based on codec/region config. The call is then transfer to another device where the transcoder is no longer required. CUCM will keep the transcoder allocated until the call it torn down.
