Symptom: Unable to change the reason code by pressing x on the reason code dialog for NotReady and logout states, where x is the number/sub-number of the reason code. Conditions: CAD Version: 7.0(1) and SRs, 8.0(1) Enable reason codes in CDA for the workgroup the agent is part of.
