Description (partial)

Symptom:

During periods of high traffic rates to MLPPP bundles with a QoS policy applied
%ATTN-3-SYNC-TIMEOUT warnings have been observed.

For this particular situation with MLPPP, the %ATTN-3-SYNC-TIMEOUT is
purely a cosmetic issue.
Conditions:

This issue has typically been seen when a given QoS class is being
oversubscribed or when a deep queue-limit has been assigned to a QoS
class queue and again the class is oversubscribed.
