Description (partial)

Symptoms: When CS5 packets are classified with DSCP-based WRED ES+ line cards,
  the packets should curve CS5 random drop counters, not the default. The random
 detect default drop counter is updated instead of CS5.
 
 Conditions: The symptom is observed with a DSCP-based WRED service policy 
 applied in egress direction on an EVC local connect circuit on ES40 linecard.
