Description (partial)

PDSN reload may happen in case if the last MIP binding is closed with respective to a particular Home Agent.

When the last session of Mobile IP call(towards a particular HA) gets closed then the tunnel will also gets deleted. If the tunnel deletion process gets paused momentarily due to printing of a message to console, there is possibility that another event triggering the tunnel deletion comes and clears the context. When the old event resumes the task of deletion, it finds a stale entry which may lead to the PDSN reload.
