Description (partial)

Configure Location1 with 96 kbps of audio bandwidth and assign it to Device Pool1. Assign Device Pool1 to MOH1 and IP1 phone.
Make sure that IP1, IP2, IP3 phones and MOH1 server have Hub_None assigned to its location field.
Make sure that MOH1 is available as resource to IP2 and IP3 phones.
IP1 calls IP2 phone.
Verify that RTMT tool displays 16 kbps as available bandwidth.
Put IP1 on hook.
IP2 calls IP3 and puts it on Hold.
Verify that IP3 plays music on hold and RTMT tool displays 1 active unicast resource for MOH1.
Verify that RTMT tool displays no reduction for the audio bandwidth available counter for Location1.
Assign Location1 directly to MOH1 and repeat the test.
Verify that now RTMT tool displays 16 kbps of available bandwidth for Location1
