Description (partial)

Binding an ethernet interface or mac-address to a vfc interface can cause a Nexus 5000 switch to
reload unexpectedly. Checking the output of <CmdBold>show logging nvram<noCmdBold> or <CmdBold>show
process log<noCmdBold> after the reload will reveal that it occurred due to crash of fcoe_mgr

This issue can occur <I>only</I> if the vfc interface was created using FM/DM or some other snmp
management utility.
