Symptom: When a trying to initiate transfer/conference is cancelled, original call should be unholded automatically. When an agent initiates a transfer or a conference to another agent/route point, the original caller is put on hold and transfer is initiated. However, when this transfer/conference operation is not completed and agent cancels the transfer/conference operation then the caller should be automatically unholded. Conditions: Cancelling the initiated transfer/conference operation.
