Cisco Bug: CSCtb27260 - MeetMe call got dropped due to 500 Internal Server Error
Jun 11, 2010
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A MeetMe caller is dropped from a meeting. This could happen when the caller first joins, when a second caller joins the meeting, or after a hold/resume operation. The MeetMe log will show a message including the string "500 Internal Server Error" for the dropped call. Conditions: This problem occurs rarely during periods when many callers are joining or leaving meetings, which causes a high level of network activity. Specifically, it happens when Cisco Unified CallManager sends some SIP messages for a given call using TCP and other messages using UDP. In certain cases, the MeetMe server can receive those messages in a different order than they were sent.
