when try to transfer a call to a destination to be found out from directory search, as in steps below, softkeys required for call consulting are missing, seems like the phone treats the call on hold state as new call state so keys generated are for launching new calls vs for finish the call transfer(transfer and End keys are missing).


1)     Call to 7921, 7921 answers the call;
2)     Hit the first Transfer key(Options/Tansfer) from 7921; 
3)     Press navigation key on the left; 
4)     Go Up to the "Directory";
5)     Do a Corporate directory search; 
6)     Select the person/number to transfer
