Description (partial)

There are three different issues addressed under this
1) If "snmp-server traps" is already cofigured and few of the trap config is removed and if again "snmp-server traps" is configured, disabled traps are not being enabled again.

2) If "snmp-server traps" is configured "sh run snmp" is not showing "isis" trap
"isis all" trap is configured with default value of type unit32 but it should actually be configured with type packed-tuple

3) If a mib-dll supports more than one trap and any one of them is enabled; and then "snmp-server traps" is configured, rest of the trap supported by that mib dll will not be configured.

Under normal flow as explained above.
