Description (partial)

PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) sends a Diameter DPR (Disconnect Peer Request) followed by TCP FIN to the Cisco CSG2 acting as the PCEF (Policy Charging Enforcement Function). CSG2 first sends a TCP FIN-ACK and then tries to send Diameter DPA (Disconnect Peer Answer) back to the PCRF. The DPA message is not delivered on the wire because the TCP connection has been closed. Tracebacks are seen on the CSG2/PCEF. The desired behavior is that the PCEF/CSG2 sends the DPA message first and then follow up the TCP connection termination by sending FIN-ACK.

This happens when the DPR and TCP FIN are sent from PCRF.
