Symptoms: When accounting is enabled in both a TC prepaid service profile and the prepaid configuration, the prepaid accounting records are not sent. Conditions: The symptom is observed when a TC service is applied to a PPP or IP session. Service profile has prepaid and accounting enabled. Prepaid configuration also has accounting enabled.
