Description (partial)

Symptom:

IPX EIGRP flapping non-stop with Queue count of 2 with IPX connectivity with no drops, nor high cpu and QoS configured

Conditions:

Connected like this:

RTA-RTB-RTC-RTD

Configure IPX network on the interface and enable IPX EIGRP should see the issue.

If issue is not seen, reload 1 or 2 device (which are not directly connected like reloading RTA and RTC).
