Symptom:s
 
 When an existing 6704 LC is replaced with 6708 LC, 7600 starts to reuse ICROIF
record created for
 6704. This leads to incorrect programming of FPOE. It may cause traffic black
holing.
 
 Conditions:
 
 Line card migration and new line card must have different mapping of fabric
channels to replication
 engine ports. And next reset/OIR of the new line card.
