Description (partial)

When NEs are connected by links, the bulk purge of a set of NEs causes a
flood of error messages (EID-693).

This problem occurs under the following conditions:

1. Select a large number of NEs (for example, 250 NEs) and mark them as Out
of Service.

2. Delete the selected NEs.

3. View the Deleted Network Elements group in the Domain Explorer tree. The
following error message appears for each NE deletion: "EID-693: Cannot purge
the requested NE because it is connected to another node with a link."
