Description (partial)

Symptom:

c7600 running SRC3 experiences a recurring egress drops on interfaces of GE SPA's in SIP-400's.  The drops are shown to be caused by "Packet xmitted on unconfig'd
IF"  using 'show platform drops all' 

Conditions:

This has been seen by two customers while running 12.2(33)SRB2, 12.2(33)SRC1, and 12.2(33)SRC3.  

The errors are seen on GE interfaces in SPA-5X1GE-V2 installed in 7600-SIP-400 modules.
