Known Affected Releases
Symptom: On a Cisco router running IOS XR and configured for ospfv3, when a soft restart of an ospfv3 process is performed (either manually with the clear ospfv3 process command, or automatically upon changing the router ID), the adjacencies may not come up properly and stay in EXCHANGE state. Conditions: The problem may only happen in images containing the fix for CSCso70371 The problem also happen only when the router originates external LSAs, i.e. redistributing routes from other routing protocols.
