Symptom: Ocassionally UCCX fails to register CTI ports and Route Points to secondary CTI Manager after Primary CTI Manager failed. Conditions: UCCX is configured to register with Primary and Secondary CTI Manager The CTI Manage, which registered UCCX ports and Route Points, failed.
