Symptom: The extension associate with the ephone is not directly under the ephone table, and the extension table keeps itself separately, which does not have a 1:1 sequential association. for example, the first entry in the ephone table may has an extension that is the 5th entry in the extension talbe. This mapping is in the ephone button table. Please refer to the "ephone entry" table, "ephone button entry" table, and "dn table" below. Conditions: When the CCM phone PM is applied to the CUCM, the phone info are polled, including the extension associated with the phone.
