Description (partial)

Symptom:

CM User Options page doesn't display any error for invalid user/password.
Conditions:

Steps:
----------
1. Navigate through User Management > End User and create a new user with a valid password.
2. Assign "Standard CCM End Users" group to the end user and try to launch the User Options page
by typing CCM IP/ccmuser followed by end user name and password.
3. Remove the "Standard CCM End Users" group from the end user and try to launch the User Options page by typing CCM IP/ccmuser followed by end user name and password.

Expected Result:

1. End User created successfully.
2. End User successfully logs in to Cisco Unified CM User Options Page.
3. End User is not able to login and CM User Options page displays "Log on failed-Invalid User ID or Password"

Actual Result:
--------------------
1. As expected.
2. As expected.
3. CM User Options Page does not display with any information whether Username /Password is wrong or not.
