Conditions:
This problem was introduced in 3.9 and is not seen in 3.8 and earlier releases.
The error message could be ignored(of no impact) when the tuples shown as output of "show nvgen trace general | include 'DECODE TUPLE' command corresponds to:
  a) A hidden command
  b) The enter tuple of a submode which is not having 'nvgen_empty' flag set.
