Cisco Bug: CSCtb02128 - CSA for Unity causes high cpu on the failover server

Description (partial)

High cpu occurs on the failover server when csa is installed.

Worked with CSA team and through the following we were able to see that CSA was checking the wav files:

 Reset the agent and see how long it takes the leventmgr spike up then take a look at the following registry key and see how many entry of *.wav in that key.

In that registry key we saw thousands of entries for unity and its wav files.
