Symptom: Cisco Supervisor Desktop may display an agent status as Ready with a reason code other than 0. Conditions: This occurs when the agent moves from Ready to Not Ready to Not Ready selecting the same reason code for both Not Ready state changes. When the agent goes Ready again, the last selected reason code is sent to Cisco Supervisor Desktop in the agent state message. For example: 1. Agent logs in and selects Ready 2. Agent selects Not Ready with reason code 'Training' 3. Agent selects Not Ready with reason code 'Training' 4. Agent selects Ready 5. CSD displays Ready with reason code 'Training'
