Cisco Bug: CSCtb01489 - WAE loses network connectivity after changing network interface settings

Description (partial)

Symptom:

 The WAE loses network connectivity for short time after CM applying network configuration settings on the WAE.  This may lead WCCP service groups 61 and 62 to go out of farm temporarily.

Conditions:

Use case1:

1. WAEs running with WAAS 4.1.3 / 4.1.3a image and registered to CM.

2. Configure standby interface as primary.

3. Modify any network Interface settings from the CM GUI or CLI (this issue happens during the next datafeed poll in case config change applied from CLI)

Use case 2:

1. WAEs running with WAAS 4.1.3 / 4.1.3a image and registered to CM.

2. Configure standby interface as primary.

3. Apply force full update from the CM GUI to the WAE 

Use Case 3:

1. WAEs running with WAAS 4.1.3 / 4.1.3a image and registered to CM.

2. Configure standby interface as primary.

3. Restart of CMS service on WAE.

Use Case 4:

1. WAEs running with 4.1.3 / 4.1.3a image and not registered to CM.

2. Configure Standby interface as primary and register to the CM

3. Issue seen after 2 data feed poll.

Use Case 5:

1. WAEs running with 4.1.3 / 4.1.3a image and not registered to CM.

2. Configure Standby interface as primary and register to the CM. Issue is seen after 2 data feed poll.

3.The issue is seen again whenever there is a change in the Network Interface settings(including gateway, primary interface) and / or hostname/timezone of the device either from CM / CLI.
