Last Modified

Feb 22, 2014

Products (3)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
  • Cisco Unity Connection Version 7.1
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 7.1

Known Affected Releases

7.1(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:

After blind transferring a call the transfer destination gets one-way voice
and eventually the call disconnects

SIPCdpc sent SDPOfferInd to SIPInterface, SIPInterface posted SDPOffer to the other side call leg, which resulted in sending out 200 OK w/sdp and when it received ACKw/answer sdp, SIPCdpc posted SDPUpdatedAnswerInd signal to SIPIf.
that is the problem. we should have posted SDPAnswer here.
