Description (partial)

Symptom:
in /etc/hosts/ The localhost.localdomain has been changed to localhost."domain", the domain is the system domain name.
in /etc/ntp/step-tickers file, the NTP server is not updated, when using net cmd to change NTP server.
in /etc/ntp.conf, the local NTP should be commented when the outside NTP server is specified.

Conditions:
when I change the network information (hostname, domain, NTP, etc.), and saves the change, the bug has been found.
